Who we are

PawHub AI is a pre-launch pet-care platform based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@pawhubai.co.uk.

What we collect

During this pre-launch phase we only collect:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist.
• Name, email and message — when you submit our contact form.
• Essential cookies — only what's strictly required for the site to work. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

• To notify you when PawHub AI launches (waitlist).
• To reply to your enquiry (contact form).

That's it. We do not send marketing newsletters or unrelated communications.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on your consent when you join the waitlist, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until launch and for up to 12 months afterwards. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase, hosted in the EU) solely to operate the service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent / unsubscribe at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
